Thank you for your interest in precepting with Med Match. Preceptors play a vital role in our healthcare system.  Today’s medical professionals help train the nurse practitioners and physician assistants of the future.

Apply to become a paid preceptor with Med Match today and become a solution to an existing problem. Preceptors spend many hours mentoring students and guiding them through the clinical process. This task requires extensive time, energy and preparation. They should not be expected to do it for free.  

Be rewarded for your time, expertise,  and for sharing your knowledge and experiences with the next generation of NP and PA professionals. We offer an honorarium for each clinical rotation completed. Please complete the application below to become a paid preceptor with Med Match.  

Preceptor Application

  • Preceptors will be paid an honorarium at the completion of the clinical rotation. Payment can be payable to you as an individual or to your clinical site. Please specify:
  • Have you ever had disciplinary action taken against your license, or are you currently the subject of a report or investigation
  • Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense (felony or misdemeanor)?
  • If yes, state nature of crime(s), when and where convicted, and disposition of the case (No applicant will be denied employment solely on the grounds of conviction of a criminal offense. The nature of the offense, date of the offense, the surrounding circumstances, and the relevance of the offense to the position(s) applied for may, however, be considered.
  • References List below two persons not related to you who have knowledge of your work performance within the last three years.
